Complete Payroll Processing: Complete the monthly payroll cycle, which includes figuring up net pay, gross compensation, and other deductions.
Attendance & Leave Management: To guarantee correct entry for payroll, compile and confirm attendance information, overtime hours, and leave records from many departments.
Statutory Compliance: Make sure that statutory obligations including the Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and TDS are deposited and filed on time.
Calculate incentive and bonus components based on authorized corporate policies, such as sales commissions, performance bonuses, and yearly increments.
Onboarding and Exit Formalities: Oversee the integration of payroll for new personnel and arrange "Full & Final" settlements for departing staff.
Resolution of Questions: Serve as the main point of contact for staff members with questions about reimbursement status, tax clarifications, and wage disparities.
Required Skills:
Mathematical Accuracy: The remarkable capacity to manipulate numbers and carry out intricate computations without making mistakes.
Regulatory Knowledge: A thorough comprehension of statutory benefit plans, income tax slabs, and local labor rules.
Software Proficiency: Practical knowledge of HRIS and payroll software.
MS Excel expertise: proficient with nested IF formulae, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables for data reconciliation.
Confidentiality: A track record of treating private financial and personal information with the highest discretion.
