Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: To cut "cycle time" and minimize operating expenses, design and implement effective production processes.
Production Planning: Work with the planning team to establish daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and guarantee labor and raw material availability.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Determine and fix production line technical problems; supervise Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to avoid unscheduled equipment downtime.
Assure that every manufactured unit satisfies stringent engineering requirements; use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to keep an eye on production quality.
Lean Manufacturing: To reduce "Muda" (waste) and improve workflow, apply Lean and Six Sigma principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban).
Safety & Compliance: Make sure all equipment is used in accordance with company and legal requirements by enforcing stringent Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures on the floor.
Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and production technologies (CNC, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics).
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to examine intricate production data in order to pinpoint bottlenecks and the underlying causes of failure.
Leadership: Proficiency in overseeing shop floor employees and cultivating a culture of responsibility and security.
Project management: The ability to organize multidisciplinary undertakings, like the introduction of new products or improvements to existing facilities.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
