Lynnwood, Pretoria: KEY ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR (Surety Bonds - Debtors Department) x2
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable, neat and professional individual, preferably aged approximately 26-45 years
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must, with strong communication skills (written & verbal) in both
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent work experience in Client Relationship Management, Key Accounts Coordination, Debtors Control or similar related position, preferably within Insurance or Legal industry
-Experience in Surety Bonds and/or Insurance industry advantageous
-Strong administration experience and skills
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Valid driver’s license a must (Travelling to clients required – travel cost will be reimbursed by company)
-Strong relationship management skills
-Excellent organizational and coordination ability
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Deadline driven and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
-Problem-solving and proactive approach
-Professional and client-centric mindset
-Stable employment record and contactable employment references from non-family orientated employers
-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance from Lynnwood)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Key Accounts coordination and Client Relationship management for Insurance company specializing in commercial insurance and risk management
-Developing and maintaining client relationships within surety bonds division
-Handling high volume administration
-Travelling to and meeting with clients in person
-Ensuring Debtors monthly & annual targets set are met
-Maintaining debtor’s book in line with set parameters
-Scheduling meetings with clients when necessary, in an effort to resolve issues & speed up collection process (Clients based in Johannesburg & Pretoria)
-Act as primary operational contact for allocated clients
-Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups on outstanding matters.
-Manage service expectations and provide regular status updates
-Escalate service or risk concerns where necessary.
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.0 gross maximum (Depending on relevant experience)
