Lynnwood, Pretoria: PROPERTY LEASING ADMINISTRATOR (Commercial Property)
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12 a must
-Recent experience in property leasing administration a must (Preferably 2 years experience)
-Commercial/retail leasing highly preferred
-Previous experience within a property management or commercial property environment highly preferred
-Good understanding of Commercial/Retail Centre operations essential
-Strong administrative and organisational skills
-Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
-Stable employment record and contactable employment references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Depending on experience: a) Manage and share a commercial leasing portfolio with Leasing Manager (depending on experience level), OR b) fulfil a more junior administrative-focused role supporting leasing department.
-Drafting and preparing Offers to Rent
-Typing and preparing lease agreements and related documentation
-Vetting and processing FICA documentation
-Assisting with tenant applications and leasing administration
-Maintaining accurate leasing records and filing systems
-Liaising with tenants, brokers and internal departments
Salary: Negotiable depending on commercial leasing experience
