Faerie Glen, Pretoria East: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (Nedbank or FNB Bonds)
(Permanent, temporary or half day)
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable, preferably non-smoking, female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Fully bilingual in both, Afr & Eng client base)
-Recent Conveyancing experience at law firm a must, specifically in Nedbank or FNB Bond Registrations a must
-Independently functional, including drafting of all relevant documentation very important
-Computer literate (preferably in Lexis Nexis)
-Own vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-Residing in Pretoria a must (preferably in Pretoria East)
-To start as soon as possible
-Permanent, temporary and half day appointments will be considered
Duties:
-Attend to Nedbank and/or FNB Bonds Registrations and Bond Cancellations for law firm (Full function, from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Drafting of legal documents
-General Conveyancing administration
-Client liaison
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Market related)
