Job Description:
Responsibilities:
System Maintenance: Create and keep up the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Manuals that are part of the Quality Management System documentation.
Audit Leadership: Serve as the main point of contact for external registrar audits (ISO/IATF) and lead and organize internal quality audits.
Defect Analysis & CAPA: Use techniques such as 8D, 5-Whys, or Fishbone diagrams to look into the underlying causes of both internal and external non-conformities.
Risk management: Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) meetings to proactively find possible moulding process failure areas and put mitigation plans in place.
Process Capability: To guarantee process stability, track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such scrap rates, OEE, and CPK/PPK levels.
Supplier Quality: Verify that incoming material quality satisfies production requirements by auditing raw material and masterbatch suppliers.
Control the Engineering Change Note (ECN) procedure to make sure that any alterations to molds or procedures are recorded and verified without sacrificing quality.
Training: Inform the QC and production teams on the value of data integrity, documentation procedures, and QMS standards.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
