Your Duties:
Facility & Asset Management: Take charge of the daily maintenance of the office space, including housekeeping, repairs, and making sure all office equipment is operational.
Vendor & Procurement Management: Find and work with outside suppliers for AMC, stationery, and pantry supplies; haggle over prices to guarantee affordability.
Front Office & Guest Relations: Oversee the reception area, answer incoming calls and couriers, and plan travel and lodging for executives or clients who are in town.
Employee Support & Onboarding: Help HR arrange seating, provide ID cards and access badges, and make sure new hires' workstations are prepared.
Documentation & Filing: Keep thorough records of all facility-related legal documents, asset registrations, and administrative costs.
Security and Safety Compliance: Make sure that fire safety equipment is routinely examined and complies with local laws, as well as that security procedures are followed.
