Who you are:
Create, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with global standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100. To make sure new equipment, procedures, or software satisfy performance requirements, create and manage validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ). Take the lead in the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, making sure that systemic quality problems' underlying causes are found and removed. To proactively find possible manufacturing process failure sites and put mitigations in place, conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). To guarantee raw material consistency, conduct facility audits and create Quality Assurance Agreements. Manage the lifespan of technical documents, such as Change Control notes, Work Instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
