Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Testing and Inspection: Use precise measurement tools to conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and completed goods.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): To guarantee uniform production standards throughout all shifts, create and maintain quality control protocols and checklists.
Non-Conformance Management: To stop recurrence, identify, record, and separate faulty materials (NCMR); do Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Use data analysis, control charts, and statistical methods to track production consistency and spot trends and process changes.
Calibration Management: Make sure that all measuring instruments and testing apparatus are routinely calibrated and maintained in accordance with international standards.
Audit & Compliance: Oversee or take part in internal quality audits to make sure the facility complies with industry-specific certifications like ISO 9001.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
