Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Control: Make sure that machines and labor are used as efficiently as possible by carrying out daily production plans based on client demand.
Process Optimization: To increase cycle times and cut waste, locate production line bottlenecks and apply Lean Manufacturing strategies.
Technical Troubleshooting: To reduce downtime, offer prompt engineering assistance for machine malfunctions or process deviations.
Yield and Scrap Management: Track and evaluate production scrap and rework; take corrective measures to raise "First Pass Yield" (FPY).
Standardization: To guarantee process uniformity, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and Control Plans.
Line Balancing: To ensure a smooth flow and avoid idle time, conduct time-motion studies to distribute workload among several workstations.
Quality Compliance: Verify that all production processes follow safety procedures and quality management systems.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
