Job Description
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech or Related Streams
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Market Expansion: Find and enter new injection-molded component market niches, concentrating on high-margin industries.
Technical Consulting: Work with client R&D teams to offer suggestions for suitable polymer grades for particular applications and to offer comments on Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
RFQ Management: Oversee the Request for Quote (RFQ) procedure, working with the Production and Tool Room teams to determine shot weights, cycle times, and tooling costs.
Key Account Management: To ensure recurring business and yearly price increases (RM indexing), establish and preserve long-term partnerships with current OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Competition Analysis: To stay ahead of the competition, keep an eye on market trends, rival prices, and new developments in insert or multi-shot molding technology.
Sales Forecasting: Track the "Sales Pipeline" from initial inquiry to "SOP" in monthly and quarterly sales reports.
