Tax Planning & Strategy: Recommend legal tax strategies, identify savings, and advise management on the impact of tax liabilities.
Audit Management: Act as a liaison with internal/external auditors and tax authorities during audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent designation is often preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax code, tax laws, and GAAP.
