Code Implementation: As decided by the coding team, assign and input the proper ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, making sure they correspond with the clinical documentation.
Fee Schedule Management: Make sure that the appropriate monetary amounts are applied in accordance with the insurance contracts and the provider's particular fee schedule.
Modifier Application: To guarantee correct reimbursement and avoid "unbundling" denials, apply the appropriate billing modifiers to charges.
