Recovering outstanding claims from insurance companies is the responsibility of the AR Caller (Accounts Receivable), a crucial component of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. Your main goal is to reduce the "Days in AR" by aggressively pursuing claims that have been rejected, underpaid, or are still pending. By serving as a liaison between the insurance payer and the healthcare provider, you guarantee prompt and accurate payment for medical services. The ideal applicant is a tenacious communicator who is well-versed on denial codes, US healthcare policies, and navigating intricate insurance portals.
Key Skills:
Strong familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance (PPO/HMO) regulations.
Excellent Communication: Capable of managing lengthy wait periods and technical conversations with insurance adjusters, this person speaks English clearly and professionally.
Problem Solving: The capacity to interpret complicated EOBs and identify the precise procedures required for reprocessing claims.
Persistence: A high level of endurance and tolerance for monotonous follow-up work in a goal-oriented setting.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Location: Chennai
Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
