Superbill Processing: Examine and decipher superbills or patient encounter forms to make sure all rendered services are recorded.
DataEntry: Provide the Practice Management system with accurate patient demographics, insurance details, and encounter information.
Coding Application: To prove medical necessity, assign and associate the proper CPT and HCPCS codes with the appropriate ICD-10 codes.
Modifier Usage: To give more context and guarantee correct reimbursement, use the appropriate modifiers to procedure codes.
charge Schedule Management: Confirm that each operation has the appropriate monetary amounts allocated to it in accordance with the provider's particular charge schedule or insurance agreement.
Pre-Claim Scrubber: Verify and fix any possible mistakes found by the "scrubber" in the billing software prior to the claim being sent.
VolumeManagement: To fulfill month-end closing deadlines, maintain a high daily throughput of charges while upholding stringent quality requirements.
