Statistical Analysis: Conduct "Root Cause Analysis" for company swings and utilize descriptive and inferential statistics to examine past trends.
Dashboard Design & Visualization: To measure KPIs in real time, create dynamic, automated dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Reporting & Presentation: Explain intricate technical results in "layman's terms" for stakeholders who are not technical, emphasizing areas where expenses can be cut or income can be increased.
Database Maintenance: Work with data engineers to optimize data structures and make sure the "Data Warehouse" is set up for effective querying.
