Responsibilities:
Financial Statement Preparation: Create, confirm, and present correct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as cash flow summaries, income statements, and balance sheets.
General Ledger Reconciliations: To find and fix variance irregularities, do thorough daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet sub-ledgers.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Lifecycle: Ensure proper booking to cost centers, keep an eye on aging collections, and overlook the processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and client billing files.
Tax Compliance Preparation: Make sure that all statutory filings, such as corporate income tax, sales/use tax, withholding taxes, and payroll responsibilities, are prepared on time by computing and drafting them on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Journal Entries & Accruals: Examine and publish monthly expense accruals, payroll allocations, adjusting entries, and recurring accounting activities along with any necessary supporting paperwork.

Required Skills:
Advanced Ledger Literacy: A thorough structural comprehension of revenue recognition guidelines, double-entry accounting regulations, and financial consolidation procedures.
Accounting Framework Fluency: A thorough operational understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Advanced Spreadsheet Construction: Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sophisticated use of financial data models, conditional lookups, pivot tables, and formulae.
ERP Software Dexterity: The ability to work practically with enterprise accounting platforms including Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite.
Analytical Discrepancy Auditing: Outstanding critical thinking abilities to decipher intricate vendor accounts, spot duplicate entries, and track down unseen balancing problems.
