Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: On a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, create and maintain accurate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
General Ledger Management: Ensure accurate account classification and reconciliation by supervising the daily recording of all financial transactions.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the entire cycle of customer invoicing and vendor payments; keep an eye on aging reports to guarantee sound working capital.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws while preparing and filing statutory tax returns.
Audit Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external auditors, making sure that all "Audit Trails" are transparent and supplying the required paperwork.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Help management create quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; do variance analysis to explain departures from expected spending.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Degree related to Accounting
