Job Description
Experience: 6 to 9 yrs
Salary: Based on interview Performance
Focus Skills:
Software Mastery: Basic understanding of CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX) and proficient use of at least one industry-standard CAM program.
Technical metallurgy is the study of how various materials, such as titanium, inconel, aluminum, and alloy steels, respond to heat and varied cutting forces.
G-Code Fluency: The capacity to "hand-code" modifications at the machine control (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.) without depending exclusively on software.
Advanced Metrology: The ability to program or account for measurements obtained via on-machine probing devices (such as Renishaw) or CMMs.
The ability to see the machining process in three dimensions and anticipate possible manufacturing problems before they arise on the shop floor.
