Job Description
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

Education: 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Machine Setup & Configuration: Load the necessary cutting tools into the machine magazine and install and align complicated workholding devices (such as chucks, fixtures, and tombstones).
Program Upload & Verification: After retrieving and uploading CNC programs from the DNC system, run the code through a "Dry Run" or "Single Block" to check for potential tool interferences or crashes.
First-Piece Approval: After the first component has been machined, thoroughly inspect it using precision tools to make sure it precisely follows the blueprint.
G-Code Troubleshooting: Optimize the machining process and reduce cycle times by making real-time program modifications (feeds, speeds, or routes).
Tooling Optimization: Establish the ideal tool life parameters and choose the most effective cutting tools and inserts for the particular material.
