Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: In accordance with the job order, load feed mechanisms, install tools, and fasten workpieces in jigs or fixtures.
Operational Monitoring: Keep an eye on the CNC machine throughout the production cycle, modifying feeds and speeds as needed to guarantee tool longevity and part quality.
Blueprint Reading: To comprehend dimensions, tolerances, and the necessary order of processes, interpret 2D engineering drawings and process sheets.
Quality Verification: Check completed items against the required tolerances using precision measurement tools including thread gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
Tool management: To preserve dimensional accuracy and stop the manufacture of non-conforming parts, keep an eye on tool wear and make tool offsets or insert modifications.
Regular Maintenance: Check the machine's coolant level, lubricate its moving parts, and remove any metal chips every day.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
