Your Duties:
Robotics & Automation Maintenance: Carry out regular maintenance and emergency repairs, such as cable dressing, motor replacement, and path calibration, for paint robots (such as ABB, FANUC, and Durr).
Utility & AHU Management: To guarantee exact control over temperature, humidity, and dust particles in the paint booth, maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and cleanroom filtration systems.
Chemical Tank & Pump Maintenance: To avoid chemical settling or contamination, supervise the maintenance of heat exchangers, filtering units, and circulation pumps for Pre-Treatment (PT) and Electro-Deposition (ED)
Conveyor System Maintenance: Maintain floor and overhead conveyors, making sure that chain tensioning and lubrication are smooth to avoid "jerks" that result in paint flaws or ripples.
Spare Parts Management: Keep a vital stock of specialty paintshop spares, including solenoids, high-speed bells, spray nozzles, and specialty sensors.
