G-Code & M-Code Development: To guarantee efficient machine operation, write, modify, and optimize manual programs and post-processed code.
Process Planning: To guarantee optimal productivity, ascertain the order of operations, work-holding needs, and tool selection for each task.
Simulation and Verification: Before the code reaches the shop floor, run virtual simulations of programs to find possible tool collisions, "gouges," or machine limit violations.
Cycle Time Optimization: To save manufacturing costs, continuously improve programs to minimize "air-cutting" and optimize feeds and speeds.
Tooling & Fixture Design: Choose high-performance cutting tools for particular materials and work with the design team to create unique fixtures.
