Responsibilities:
Set up the machine by loading raw materials onto it and adding the required fixtures, attachments, and tools (bushings, collets, etc.).
Operational Monitoring: Turn on the machine, watch how it operates, and make any necessary adjustments to the controls to identify any problems or out-of-tolerance machining.
Blueprint Interpretation: To comprehend the measurements and tolerances of the parts to be manufactured, read and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and task orders.
Quality Inspection: To confirm that items fulfill specifications, use precise measuring tools including depth gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
Maintenance: To guarantee optimum machine performance, carry out regular machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubrication, and coolant level checks.
Troubleshooting: Find and fix little machine problems or tool wear; work with the maintenance crew on more complicated fixes.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 10th, 12th or Above
