Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
Deliver classroom, online, and practical training sessions on Mechanical CAD software.
Explain engineering drawing principles, mechanical design concepts, and CAD standards.
Conduct hands-on lab sessions, workshops, and technical demonstrations.
Assess trainee performance through assignments, practical exercises, and tests.
Course Development
Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
Prepare lesson plans and training schedules.
Update course content based on the latest software versions and industry trends.
Design real-world projects and case studies for trainees.
Technical Support
Guide trainees in creating 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and engineering documentation.
Assist students in resolving technical issues related to CAD software.
Provide project guidance and design reviews.
Support trainees in certification preparation and project completion.
Student Mentoring
Mentor students and professionals to improve technical and design skills.
Track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct mock interviews and career guidance sessions.
Encourage participation in technical competitions and certification programs.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and trainee progress records.
Prepare training completion reports and certification documentation.
Collect trainee feedback and recommend improvements to the training program.
Maintain training equipment and laboratory resources.
Collaboration
Coordinate with academic teams, placement officers, and industry partners.
Support curriculum development and course enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest CAD software features and engineering practices.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and technical events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Mechanical CAD design, engineering, or technical training.
Freshers with strong CAD skills and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
