We are seeking a proactive and responsible Field Officer to manage field operations, build customer relationships, conduct site visits, collect information, and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in the field while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
Conduct regular field visits as per assigned schedules.
Meet customers, clients, or business partners to provide company services and support.
Verify customer details, documents, and site information when required.
Monitor field activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Business Development
Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Generate leads and support
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent preferred).
Diploma holders may also be considered based on experience.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in field operations, sales, customer service, collections, or business development.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own two-wheeler (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
