Faerie Glen, Pretoria East: RECEPTIONIST (FOR LAW FIRM)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and reliable Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recently matriculated with no/limited work experience (entry level) OR recent administration / reception experience in a corporate working environment
-Preference to candidates with experience at a law firm
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Calm and strong personality, with excellent prioritising skills
-Strong communication- and administration skills
-Non smoker / non vaper
-Valid driver’s license A MUST
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Stable employment record (No job hoppers etc.)
-Residing near Pretoria East
-To start as soon as possible
Work hours: Mondays to Thursdays from 07h00am-16h00pm, and Fridays from 07h00am-14h00pm.
Duties:
-Reception duties for law firm and 2 legal divisions (Litigation and Conveyancing Departments)
-Diary management for 3 boardrooms
-Assist with daily administration (e.g. couriers, filing, sorting of mail etc.)
-Client liaison
-Direct calls to correct department
Salary:
R 8 000.00 gross (with no experience / entry level)
R 9 000.00 – R 12 000.00 gross maximum (with recent reception / admin experience in a corporate working environment)
Benefits: Annual increase, performance-based bonus in Decembers
