Your Duties:
Financial Data Entry: Keep track of everyday financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and expenses, in order to maintain the general ledger.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, keep track of aging records, and make sure that clients' unpaid invoices are collected on schedule.
Bank Reconciliation: To make sure the internal books and external bank statements match, do routine bank and petty cash reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance: Help prepare and file statutory returns, including income tax, GST, TDS, and VAT, while making sure local laws are followed.
Support for Audits: Create schedules and paperwork for both internal and external audits, making sure that all records are well-organized and readily available.
Budget Monitoring: Keep tabs on departmental expenditures in relation to authorized budgets and notify upper management of any notable deviations.
