Negotiation & Closing: Manage intricate sales cycles from first contact to contract negotiation and final closing, making sure that conditions are advantageous to both parties.
Market intelligence: To properly adjust sales tactics, keep abreast of market changes, rival activity, and industry trends.
Cross-Functional Cooperation: Provide customer feedback and coordinate sales initiatives with brand campaigns by closely collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams.
Focus Skills:
Persuasion and Influence: The capacity to establish rapport fast and persuade stakeholders at different organizational levels.
High emotional intelligence and the capacity to deal with rejection while keeping an optimistic, goal-oriented mindset are characteristics of resilience.
Communication Excellence: Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities, emphasizing storytelling and active listening.
