Responsibilities:
Data Management & Entry: Use Microsoft Excel or specialist ERP/CRM software to accurately enter and update company databases with customer data, sales numbers, and financial transactions.
Document processing: Ensure full digital and physical records by verifying, scanning, and filing official papers, contracts, and invoices.
Report Generation: To create daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports for management review, extract raw data and highlight important trends and disparities.
Inventory & Order Tracking: Work with the warehouse and sales teams to update stock levels, monitor order statuses, and address delivery concerns.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Assist the Sales, HR, and Finance departments administratively, promoting communication and guaranteeing that project deadlines are fulfilled.
Customer service: Handle formal email correspondence, responding to inquiries from both internal and external parties about order status, supporting documentation, or basic account information.
Required Skills:
Software Proficiency: Proficiency with data input tools and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel features like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Accuracy & Speed: To avoid data entering errors, a fast typing speed is paired with an unwavering attention to detail.
Time management: Outstanding capacity to set priorities in a busy workplace in order to fulfill stringent operational deadlines.
Discretion: A high standard of honesty and secrecy when managing private client or business data.
Written Communication: Writing clear, succinct internal memos and reports and using professional email etiquette.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
