Job description :
As an experienced RCM Customer Service Executive Voice in the US Healthcare industry, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with US healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
You will review and analyze denied claims to identify root causes and trends, and develop strategies to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement rates.
It is essential to work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims and prepare and submit appeals with all necessary documentation included.
Monitoring and tracking the status of appeals, maintaining accurate records of denial management activities, and providing regular reports on denial trends and appeal success rates to management are key components of this role.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a neutral accent with good adoption to US culture, and the ability to resolve provider queries effectively in the first point of contact.
Your focus should be on delivering a positive customer experience, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and empathy.
Active listening skills, good data entry and typing abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced and innovative environment are essential.
Being a team player with a proactive approach to contributing improvement ideas to the process will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a graduation degree in any stream and 12-24 months of experience in Denial Management and Provider/DME AR calling processes.
The selection process will involve HR screening, a Versant Test, and an Operations Interview.
During the interview, it is required to bring three copies of your resume and headphones for the Versant Test, as laptops are not allowed on the premises.
