**Position:** Manager New Product Development
**Location:** Sriperumbudur (Pillaipakkam SIPCOT)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team members are followed the activities are proper manner and as per procedure
To form program execution team
Ensure team is properly trained to execute program requirement
To plan and make sure all resources required are made available in time
Ensure and approval for New Project Planning, developing comprehensive plans for new product development projects, outlining timelines, resource requirements, Resource allocations and milestones.
Discussing with suppliers related to new project requirement - RM/Paint/Packing
Interact with internal team for DFM review for paint fixtures & jigs & packing trays, etc
Follow the APPQ matrix & time plan and what are req - properly followed by team
Co-ordinate with the internal team for analysis the issues for NPD trails
Check the team members are properly Interact & Communicating with customers related to New project developments.
Attend the customer meetings related to NPD
Ensure the Tool corrections follow-ups & to communicate and ensure drawing revisions during development stage
Ensure that customer milestones are completely adhered by our team
To ensure that agreed customer requirements are met up to their satisfaction
Verify trail status and open points are closed in proper way by team
Organize periodic review meetings and update progress and concerns to management
Initiating, recommending and providing solutions for during the troubleshoot
Track & follow the Development NPD open points and complete with Internal team.
Verify the PTR report and actions taken in on time
Verify the trails ensure the actual data is right and give approval
Ensure the all activity should be complete in before handover by the team, And the open points are communicate and complete within target
