**Location:** Sriperumbudur (Pillaipakkam SIPCOT)

ROLE: Senior Engineer Designer (Tool Design and Development)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 2+ yrs in Tool Design, R&D in Injection Molding Field.

SKILLSETS: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid works, NX software s especially in Tool and Die Manufacturing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparation of Fixture DFM, feasibility check, design review with internal stakeholders.
Closing all the design open points from customer as well as Unitech side.
Assisting in injection mold design, and fixture mold design activities.
Review of Part DFM, MFA, received from supplier side.
Assisting in supplier follow up as per time plan for new and existing projects. Usage of Excel and office tools for making project charter and timing plan.
Communication and Coordination with suppliers with respect to tool follow up and tool completion
Maintaining of APQP records with respect to DFMEA, tool design, DFM activities.
