Actively participate in learning programs and compliance initiatives.
Competencies & Skills:
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Commitment to meeting productivity, quality, and attendance SLAs.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Candidate should be flexible to work in the Dayshifts.
