As an Executive Assistant at MNC Pvt ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the key executives and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating executive communications, such as taking calls, responding to emails, and interacting with clients
- Managing the schedules and communications of key executives
- Assisting senior management with day-to-day activities like scheduling meetings, managing travel itineraries, and preparing documents
- Organizing and executing team activities, logistics for meetings, and corporate events
- Maintaining an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents
- Upholding strict confidentiality standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in computer skills including Vlookup and Pivot functions, as well as familiarity with email and MS Office
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptability, organizational, and management skills
- Ability to handle administrative details independently
- Time management, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a PA/EA/Admin role will be a plus
- Graduate in any discipline
Working hours from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Female candidates are preferred, and immediate joiners are preferred.
Benefits include food and Provident Fund, with a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
This is a full-time position with day shift schedule.,
