Job description:

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing setup
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Female Candidates most preferred to join immediately

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
Coordinate with sales, stores, and purchase departments to ensure raw material availability.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP):
Monitor material flow to meet production demand.
Issue material requisitions and follow-up with the procurement team.
Shop Floor Coordination:
Track production progress and resolve delays or issues in coordination with production teams.
Ensure timely dispatches as per customer requirements.
Capacity Planning:
Analyze capacity utilization and recommend actions for optimal use of resources.
Plan shift-wise or machine-wise loading to meet production targets.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material consumption, and WIP (Work in Progress).
Generate MIS reports for management review.

Skills Required:
Strong understanding of production planning & manufacturing processes.
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25k per month
