PPC Sr.Engineer - SMT

Day wise Production Planning and Monitoring SMT/THT
Model and stage-wise Cycle time reviewing and updates
Panning materials to the line for the day wise plan
Reviewing the daily production output and the downtime and updates
Preparing the Plan vs Actual reports and updates
Preparing the downtime reports weeks and monthly
Reviewing the Customer plan and the day wise plan and supporting
Day wise dispatch planning
Studying and Optimizing the Production output for the line balance and improving
Inventory and Stock closing and preparing reports
