Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all paintshop operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Supervise the preparation, coating, curing, and finishing processes while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and maintain equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials as per regulatory guidelines.
Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness.
Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline operations and achieve company goals.
Location Chennai
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: B.E
Salary: Above 60k per per month
