QC Engineer Mechanical (Welding & Fabrication)

We are looking for a skilled QC Engineer (Mechanical) with hands-on experience in welding and fabrication quality control.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fabrication work and welding activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspection and testing of welded and fabricated components as per quality plans
Monitor and ensure compliance with welding procedures and fabrication standards
Conduct stage-wise inspection and final quality checks
Prepare and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, and non-conformance records
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for quality-related issues
Handle third-party and client inspections as required

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QC (Welding & Fabrication)
Knowledge of WPS, PQR, and welding symbols
Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.)
Good communication and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20k - 35k per month
