The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring machine parameters, performing mold changes, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. In addition, the role requires adherence to safety protocols, preventive maintenance of machines, and documentation of production data. Strong knowledge of molding processes, materials, and equipment is essential, along with the ability to identify defects and implement corrective actions. The candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: ITI, Diploma
Salary: Above 18k per month
