Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and improving quality performance across all stages of production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing quality assurance best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
Strong understanding of quality management systems.
Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis, and 8D methodology.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP or quality management software.
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
