Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily production activities to meet targets and timelines.
Monitor assembly line processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and report defects, implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues.
Maintain documentation related to production output, defects, and quality audits.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S practices within the shop floor.
Required Skills
Knowledge of mobile assembly and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma basics preferred).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
Salary upto 16k per month
