Job description:
We are hiring Hindi Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi, providing excellent customer support and service. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, explaining products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication. Candidates should have good command over the Hindi language, basic computer knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. Freshers are welcome, and prior experience in a BPO/voice process will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (verbal fluency).
Basic understanding of English for system navigation and documentation.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Time management and ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
