Job Description:
We are hiring AR Callers (Accounts Receivable) for our Medical Billing Voice Process. The role involves working with the US healthcare system to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve issues, and ensure timely payment.

Responsibilities:
Call US insurance companies regarding pending or denied medical claims

Analyze denials and take corrective steps

Maintain documentation and update account status

Meet productivity targets and adhere to quality standards

Ensure patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Skills Required:
Good spoken English

Willing to work night shifts

Basic knowledge of revenue cycle management is a plus

Good typing and computer skills

Team player with problem-solving skills
