Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operation Shift Incharge to manage and oversee shift-wise production and operations. The role involves supervising the workforce, ensuring smooth operation of machinery, maintaining production targets, and handling shift-related issues on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations during the assigned shift

Ensure production targets are met with quality standards maintained

Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues

Manage shift workforce and ensure adherence to company policies

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments

Prepare shift reports and ensure proper handover to the next shift

Implement safety measures and ensure compliance on the shop floor

Identify areas of operational improvement and assist in implementation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred)

1–2 years of experience in shift supervision or production operations

Strong leadership and people management skills

Knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and safety protocols

Good communication and problem-solving abilities
