Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our customer support team. As a Non-Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email and live chat. This role is ideal for those who prefer a back-office role and possess strong written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email

Maintain customer records by updating account information

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Required Skills:

Excellent written English communication

Good typing speed (minimum 30–35 WPM)

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualifications:

Preferred Any Graduation B.A ,B.Sc ,B.Com,BCA ,BBA

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply

Salary Package:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Days & Shift:

5 Days Working

Rotational or Fixed Shifts

Day and Night Shifts Available

Weekly Off: 1 or 2 days (Rotational)
