Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or machinery at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to travel within Chennai and nearby regions.

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site



Key Responsibilities:

Installation and commissioning of machines/equipment at customer locations

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on usage and best practices

Maintain service logs, documentation, and customer feedback reports

Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams for service issues

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and high service satisfaction

Qualifications:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible

ITI graduates (in some roles) may also be considered for junior positions

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems

Basic knowledge of reading circuit diagrams, wiring, and tools

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication in English and Tamil

Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites

Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email communication)

Salary:

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experienced (1–2 years): ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Additional benefits: Travel allowance, DA, service incentives, mobile reimbursement

Working Conditions:

Location: Chennai

Days: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat), field service roles may require weekend availability

Timings: General shift (9 AM – 6 PM), but may vary based on service calls
