Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to expand our business reach and client base. The role requires market research, client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives. Candidates with 5–7 years of experience and an engineering background (B.E.) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
4. Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation and project execution
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
8. Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.)
2. 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably B2B/Industrial sector)
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven track record of achieving business targets
5. Strong analytical and presentation skills
Salary Offered: 50 k per month
Location: Chennai
