We are looking for enthusiastic freshers for a Non-Voice (Back Office) Process in our Chennai location. The role involves handling data entry, email/chat support, and documentation ideal for candidates who prefer a backend or support role without phone calls.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
Process Type: Non-Voice / Back Office
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass (with good typing and communication skills)
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on skills and interview)



Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and process documents accurately

Handle customer queries via email or chat (no voice calls)

Maintain records and update internal systems

Ensure error-free work and meet daily productivity targets

Collaborate with team members and reporting leads

Required Skills:

Good written communication skills (English)

Fast and accurate typing (minimum 30–35 WPM preferred)

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office tools

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools/processes

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Job Details:

Shift: Rotational / Day Shift (based on project)
