Salary Range : ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and skill set)
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure productivity and quality targets.
Develop and execute production plans in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance coordination.
Drive adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements.
